Hyderabad: Indian cricket star Virat Kohli has built a strong business portfolio alongside his cricket career. Over the years, he has invested in several companies, launched his own brands and partnered with leading businesses across sports, fitness and lifestyle.
Most recently, Kohli expanded his business presence by launching a new high-performance sportswear and footwear collection under his One8 brand after joining hands with Agilitas Sports.
One8 Becomes Kohli’s Flagship Brand
Virat Kohli co-founded One8, which has now become his flagship sportswear and lifestyle brand under Agilitas Sports. The new collection includes sportswear, footwear and accessories. According to the company, the brand sold more than 1.5 lakh pairs of shoes within the first 24 hours of launch.
Investment in Agilitas Sports
Kohli has also invested around ₹40 crore in Bengaluru-based Agilitas Sports. He holds a minority stake in the company and plays an active role in its growth strategy. The partnership also marks the end of his long association with Puma.
Other Businesses Owned by Virat Kohli
Apart from One8, Kohli has invested in several businesses across different sectors. He owns a 12 percent stake in FC Goa, an Indian Super League football club. In the fitness sector, Kohli has launched Vault by Virat Kohli, a premium fitness and wellness venture.
Brands No Longer Associated With Kohli
Virat Kohli has ended his association with Puma after reportedly turning down a contract extension. He has also stepped away from WROGN, the fashion brand that he previously co-created and promoted.
