Candeur Skyline Rises as South India’s Tallest Residential Tower Project in Hyderabad

Hyderabad’s skyline is set to gain another major landmark with Candeur Skyline, an ultra-luxury residential project in the Financial District. Developed by Candeur Group, the project is being positioned as South India’s tallest residential tower project. The developer describes it as a 59-floor development with four towers.

Located in the Financial District area of Hyderabad, Candeur Skyline is designed around the idea of privacy and large living spaces. The project offers ultra-luxury 4 BHK Sky Villas, with the developer highlighting its one-floor, one-Sky-Villa concept for Towers A, B and C.

The one-floor, one-Sky-Villa concept is one of the project’s key features. Instead of several homes sharing the same floor, selected towers are designed to provide a single residence on each floor. This creates a more private residential experience, while also giving residents expansive views of the city.

Candeur Skyline consists of four residential towers. The developer’s current project information lists 59 floors and describes the towers as architectural landmarks designed to stand prominently on Hyderabad’s growing skyline.

The residences are designed as large 4 BHK Sky Villas. Current project information lists configurations ranging from around 6,520 square feet to 11,999 square feet. The development also features private lobbies, large balconies and sit-out spaces, along with panoramic city views.

Another major feature is the project’s 60,000-plus square-foot clubhouse. According to the developer, it includes facilities such as an open-to-sky swimming pool, gymnasium, indoor sports areas, wellness spaces, a theatre, coffee lounge and rooftop cabanas.

The project also places strong emphasis on its location. Candeur Skyline is situated close to Hyderabad’s Financial District, Kokapet and other major business and residential hubs. The developer highlights access to offices, schools, hospitals, shopping and entertainment facilities in the surrounding areas.

The scale of the development reflects Hyderabad’s growing luxury residential market, particularly across the Financial District, Kokapet and Neopolis corridor. Several high-rise projects are transforming the city’s western skyline as demand for premium homes continues to grow.

Candeur Skyline is currently under development, with project information indicating completion around 2029. Its combination of height, large Sky Villas, private-floor layouts and premium amenities is designed to create a distinct high-rise living experience in Hyderabad.

With its focus on space, privacy and views, Candeur Skyline represents a different approach to high-rise residential living. The project is aimed at buyers looking for large-format luxury homes while remaining close to Hyderabad’s major business districts.
