North Korea Releases Photos of Kim Jong Un After Death Rumours

North Korea has reportedly released photographs showing leader Kim Jong Un following rumours that he had died from a brain haemorrhage. The images are being described as “proof of life” amid speculation about his health.

State media images showed Kim visiting a clothing and footwear exhibition in Pyongyang, where he was seen interacting with staff and examining products. His daughter, Kim Ju Ae, was also reportedly present.

The photos emerged after claims spread on social media that Kim had suffered a brain haemorrhage, fallen into a coma and been taken to Beijing for emergency treatment. However, these claims have not been supported by credible evidence, and neither North Korea nor China confirmed the alleged medical emergency.

The latest images indicate that Kim has appeared in public, but they do not independently verify his medical condition. His reported death remains an unsubstantiated rumour.
