Amaravati: Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyanhas strongly criticised the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP), saying that people should oppose forces that, in his view, threaten national unity rather than support them.
Speaking at a recent event, Pawan Kalyan said, “We must fight against it, not take part in it.” He further stressed the importance of protecting the country’s integrity and warned against divisive politics.
According to Pawan Kalyan, individuals who fail to understand the depth and diversity of India’s social and political fabric may attempt to create divisions for political gain. He said such efforts could weaken the unity and strength of the nation.
His remarks come at a time when the CJP has been organising protests in different parts of the country over alleged examination irregularities and other public issues. The comments have triggered political discussions, with supporters and critics reacting strongly on social media.
Pawan Kalyan has consistently spoken about national integration, social harmony, and the need for citizens to stand united despite differences in language, region, religion, or political views. He reiterated that national interest should always come before political interests.
Political observers say the remarks reflect the continuing ideological differences between Jana Sena and CJP on several national issues. The debate is expected to continue as political parties intensify their campaigns and public outreach programmes.
The statement has gained significant attention online, with many discussing its implications for national politics and the broader debate over unity, governance, and public accountability.
