Bhopal: Reports say police have registered an FIR after an employee accused Punjab Kings (PBKS) cricketer Shashank Singh, his father, and others of assault.
The employee claimed that Shashank Singh, his father, and their driver assaulted him during an argument. He also alleged that Shashank Singh’s sister told others to “kill him.”
The complainant later spoke to the media. He showed his injuries on camera and repeated the allegations. However, these claims come from the complainant. Police have not confirmed them.
Shashank Singh, his family, and Punjab Kings have not issued any official statement on the matter.
Police will now investigate the complaint. Officers will collect evidence and record statements from the people involved before taking further action.
South Matters will update this story after the police share official information or Shashank Singh and his family respond to the allegations.
