Andhra Pradesh Digital Infrastructure: Naidu, Sunil Mittal Discuss Growth

Vijayawada, June 29: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu met Bharti Enterprises Chairman Sunil Bharti Mittal to discuss ways to improve digital infrastructure across the state.

The meeting focused on expanding last-mile internet connectivity. They also discussed improving mobile tower coverage in rural and urban areas. As a result, more people could get faster and better internet services.

Moreover, Naidu and Mittal explored investment opportunities in data centres. They also discussed setting up an undersea cable landing station in Andhra Pradesh. These projects can improve internet speed and attract more technology companies.

In addition, they spoke about making it easier for telecom companies to invest in the state. They discussed steps to create a business-friendly environment and speed up approvals for new projects.

Naidu said Andhra Pradesh will continue to build world-class digital infrastructure. He added that better internet services will support businesses, improve digital services and create new jobs.

Furthermore, the Chief Minister said the government wants to make Andhra Pradesh a leading technology and innovation hub. He said strong digital infrastructure will help attract more investments in the coming years.
