Modi Mask Burglary: CCTV Captures Failed Shop Break-In in Rajasthan

Jaipur: A man wearing a mask resembling Prime Minister Narendra Modi was caught on CCTV while allegedly trying to break into a mobile phone shop in Rajasthan’s Bhilwara district, police said.

The incident took place on Sunday night in the Kareda police station area. According to police, the suspect tried to break the shop’s lock using an iron rod.

CCTV cameras installed near the shop captured the entire incident. The footage shows the man wearing a mask similar to those commonly sold during political rallies featuring the Prime Minister’s face.

However, the burglary attempt failed, and the suspect fled the spot without entering the shop.

Police have launched an investigation and are examining the CCTV footage to identify and trace the accused. Officials said further action will follow based on the investigation.
