The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has issued a fresh summons to Trinamool Congress leader Abhishek Banerjee in connection with the alleged teachers’ recruitment scam in West Bengal.
ED officials visited Banerjee’s residence on Wednesday and directed him to appear before the agency on June 15 for questioning in a money laundering investigation linked to the case.

Sources close to the party indicated that Banerjee plans to cooperate with the investigation and appear before the agency as directed.
