TG RERA Restrains Sri Laxmi Estates Over Two Plots

The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TG RERA) has restricted Sri Laxmi Estates from dealing with two plots following a complaint involving a payment of ₹6 lakh without plot registration.

According to a NewsMeter report, the complainant paid ₹6 lakh towards the purchase of a plot but did not receive the registration. The matter was brought before TG RERA, which took action against the real estate firm.

The authority has restrained Sri Laxmi Estates from dealing with the two plots while the matter is being addressed. The action is aimed at protecting the interests of the buyer and preventing further transactions involving the disputed properties.

The case highlights concerns faced by property buyers when payments are made but promised registrations are not completed. Buyers are advised to check property documents, project details and registration status before making payments.

Further details about the authority’s order and the next steps in the case have not been established from the available report information.
